Nearly every day I post a new workout video and nearly every day I get questions like; "What's the best exercise for glutes? Is it squats? Why do I only ever feel squats in my thighs? And what about arms? I really want to *tone* my arms?"


This is why I made this guide. Instagram has turned into a competition of who can come up with the most creative (but also flattering) workouts. The more complex, the better. The more flattering the angle, the better.

What's worse is that so-called fitness gurus have been profiting big on this. People selling gimmicks behind a veil of confusion. They take research out of context, slap a catchy name on it, then BOOM they’ve got a million dollar business idea. When you start asking questions, they’ll claim it’s science-backed then use big words to talk in circles until you just stop asking. That ends here.

In this course, I'll be showing you how to make exercise swaps the right way; debunking the BS, showing you proper form, and explaining the "why" behind what you're doing. That way you can get real (no booty poppin needed) results and build lasting confidence in the process.

Does this guide include full workouts?
This guide includes workout templates for full body, upper body, and lower body workouts. Since this guide is focused on exercise swaps and teaching you how to select the right exercises for your goals, we've left these templates blank for you to fill in with exercises from our guide.
What equipment do I need?
This guide is geared towards gym-based workouts. We recommend at least having access to a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, and a cable tower.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
We got you! This program is designed to meet you where you are biw. This is why we include step-by-step form instructions for every exercise in the guide as well as in-depth explanations of which muscles drive which movements. That way, you know how to do it and where to feel it!
What if I don't have equipment for one of the exercises?
No problem! That's the whole point of this guide; to teach you how to work with what you've got! Once you're inside the guide, you'll see what we mean.
